Flooding becomes moreextensive around Iowa Street and 5th Avenue from backwater along Kanawha Two Mile.* At stages near 30 feet...Bigley Avenue at Magazine Branch begins to flood.* The last time the Kanawha River reached its flood stage at Charleston was back on November 20 in 2003. It crested at 30 feet then.
